Return Policy
We travel the world to source high quality products and we stand behind them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days along with your receipt.
The following conditions apply to all returns:
- Items must be returned along with their original receipt or gift receipt. Returns are refunded in the original tender on the receipt.
- Items returned with a gift receipt may be exchanged or refunded with an in-store credit.
- Items marked final sale, used items without their original packaging, gift cards, and special orders, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased from a gift registry may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the event or the receipt date, whichever is later. These returns will be exchanged or refunded with an in- store credit.
- Returns for online orders must be shipped back to Cucina Moderna at the shippers expense.
For items purchased online, the return policy is the same as our in-store return policy noted above. You may return your online purchase directly to one of our locations at your expense. Shipping, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable. If your order was shipped with a “free shipping” offer, any shipping cost paid by Cucina Moderna will be deducted from your refund.
